The questions we’d ask.

What happens if I cancel?

Your records stay. You can still open, read and export everything; you just can’t add or change records until you resubscribe. We never delete your data because you stopped paying — you delete it, if and when you want to.

Is a card required for the free trial?

Yes. You pay $0 today and nothing for 14 days. We email you before the trial ends, and if you cancel before then you are never charged.

How many dogs can I add?

As many as live with you. One plan covers the whole house, and household members can help keep the records up to date.

My vet doesn’t send PDFs. Does this still work?

Yes. Upload a photo of the vaccine card, the receipt, the pill bottle — anything. Smart Import reads PDFs best, but every file has a home in the timeline.

Is there a file size limit?

Files up to 20 MB are stored. Smart Import reads files up to 8 MB — a scanned PDF larger than that is kept safely in the timeline but isn’t read automatically, so split it or take photos of the pages instead.

Does my sitter or groomer need an account?

No. A Care Share link opens in any browser, shows only what you chose, and stops working when you say so.

Is there an app?

The site works on your phone today — add it to your home screen. An iOS app is next after launch, using the same records.

Is this veterinary advice?

No. Apollo & Mercy keeps your dog’s records organized and ready. It doesn’t diagnose, prescribe, or replace your vet.

Our grumpy old man, enthusiastic ball chaser and occasional trash-can raider. As he gets older, he reminds us that a dog’s needs and routines change — and that the records had better keep up.

Mercy

Spunky, sassy and incredibly stubborn. Part husky, all personality — with a talent for turning a quiet day into an adventure, and for spitting out pills.
